Shipping Policy

Effective Date: August 22, 2025

Thank you for visiting and shopping at J33.com.sg. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Singapore.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

3. Damages

J33.com.sg is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
 

4. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order tracking shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. While we are not responsible for lost packages once they have been handed over to the carrier, we will do our best to assist you in the claims process with the carrier.
 

5. Shipping Restrictions & Exceptions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • We only ship within Singapore
